Terms of Use
By logging into your Revwit account you agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: September 2024
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Revwit (“Revwit”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Revwit is a Sales Enablement Platform that empowers businesses to organise their contacts, build relationships and close deals.
Your access and use of the website www.revwit.com (the “Platform”), and all or any of its products once you agree to this Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use or the documents they refer to, you may not utilise the Services or Products in any manner whatsoever. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Us, even though it is electronic and not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Services.
If you are agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to agree to these Terms and Conditions on that organisation’s behalf and bind them to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” and “your” in these Terms, except for in this sentence, refer to that organisation or entity).
As a result, these Terms of Service help define Revwit’s relationship with you as you interact with our Services.
Your Account
Eligibility
To create an account on the Platform, you must:
- Be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
- Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself.
If you are using an account assigned to you by an administrator (such as your employer or educational institution), additional terms may apply, and your administrator may have the ability to access or disable your account.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organisation, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Account Creation and Access
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. To create an Account, you will provide us with certain information that personally identifies you, your organisation, or entity (the ‘Account Information’).
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to promptly update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
When you sign up for an account for your organisation, you may specify one or more administrators. The administrators will have the right to configure the Services based on your requirements and manage end users in your organisation account. If your organisation account is created and configured on your behalf by a third party, it is likely that such third party has assumed an administrator role for your organisation. Ensure you enter into a suitable agreement with a third party specifying such party’s roles and restrictions as an administrator of your organisation account.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring confidentiality of your organisation account password.
- Appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organisation's account.
- Ensuring that all activities connected with your organisation's account comply with this Agreement.
You understand that Revwit is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Services for you. You are responsible for taking necessary steps to ensure that your organisation does not lose control of the administrator accounts.

Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

But you grant Revwit and our licensors permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, publicly display, and publicly perform the content of your user account.
Fees
Subscription Fees.
The Subscription Fee will remain fixed during the term of your subscription unless (i) you upgrade products or base packages, (ii) you subscribe to additional features or products, or (iii) otherwise agreed to in your Order. We may also choose to decrease your fees upon written notice to you.
Fee Adjustments at Renewal
Upon renewal, we may increase your Subscription Fees up to our then-current list price set which will be shared with you. If this increase applies to you, we will notify you at least 30 (thirty) days in advance of your renewal and the increased fees will apply at the start of the next Renewal Term. If you do not agree to this increase, either party can choose to terminate your subscription at the end of your Current Term by giving the notice required in the ‘Notice of Non-Renewal’ section below.
Payment of Fees
If you are paying by credit or debit card, you authorise us to charge your Authorised Payment Method for all fees payable during the Subscription Term. You further authorise us to use a third party to process payments, and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party.
In the event of a failed attempt to charge your Authorised Payment Method (for example, if your Authorised Payment Method has expired or is no longer valid), we reserve the right, and you authorise us, to retry billing your Authorised Payment Method. If you update your Authorised Payment Method to remedy a change in validity or expiration date, we will automatically resume billing; we may also receive updates on your Authorised Payment Method through our payment service providers and automatically resume billing. We may suspend your access in accordance with the 'Suspension' section or terminate your account if we remain unable to successfully charge a valid Authorised Payment Method.

Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Service, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold Revwit Entities harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, and expenses, (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs), or losses of any kind arising out of: (a) any breach of the Terms of Service by you; (b) your actions and omissions in connection with the Services; and (c) our actions or omissions, provided that they are taken/omitted in accordance with these Terms of Service or your instructions;(d) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or; (e) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Platform with whom you connected via the Platform.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defence of such claims.
